Charities

Each year the Zanglin Downriver Run designates worthy organizations as beneficiaries of the event.  Previous recipients of race donations include the Children With Hair Loss, Friends of the Detroit River, Make-a-Wish Foundation, I Promise, Downriver Center for Oncology, WAG Animal Rescue and the MS Society.  The Race Committee has long been committed to giving back to the community through these donations.  The beneficiaries of the 2007 event will be:
